OnePlus 6/6t

Last month, OnePlus released new firmware updates for its two devices, OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro. The update was aimed at various factors, such as phone improvements and Android security patches. But today, the company has started rolling out new OxygenOS update with June 2019 security patch.

The incremental OTA has been released for two handsets, OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T. The update is aimed at new features as well as Android June 2019 security patch. The update is rolling out across the said devices, however, OTA only reaches a limited percentage of users today and will start a broader rollout in a few days.

OxygenOS 9.0.15 for the OnePlus 6T and 9.0.7 for OnePlus 6 adds new features like Quick Settings and Screen Recorder to both devices. Not only the screen recorder but also brings better support for VoLTE/VoWiFi for Telia Denmark. Apart from this, it improves screen rotation as well.

In addition to bringing improvements and adding new features, the said firmware comes with Android June 2019 security patch that fixes the security issues residing in OnePlus 6 and 6T phones.
