Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro

Xiaomi's sub-brand Black Shark unveiled Black Shark 2 smartphone in March 2019, and now, the company is constantly working on the latest launches to meet the customers' requirements. The sub-brand has recently confirmed the Pro variant of the earlier launched phone Black Shark 2 that will officially debut as the Black Shark 2 Pro in the market.

Xiaomi has confirmed via Weibo and AnTuTu that its upcoming device Black Shark 2 Pro will be shipped with the Qualcomm's latest announced SoC Snapdragon 855 Plus designed to deliver 15% faster graphics rendering and CPU performance than the Snapdragon 855 used in the previously launched handset Black Shark 2.

As suggested in a video teaser posted on the Chinese microblogging website, the front side of the upcoming mobile phone will look identical to the previously launched gaming phone, but the Pro version will carry many of the new features that Black Shark 2 lacks.

Apart from sporting a Full-HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels, the upcoming device will run Android Pie operating system. Furthermore, its base variant will have 12GB/256GB of storage onboard.

A user had posted a live image on the Chinese website, however, for unknown reasons, the image returns 404 error and is no longer available to confirm the specs or design, therefore, we apologize for not adding more about the Black Shark 2 Pro smartphone at the moment.
